John: The Necessity of Being Clean

As we continue in John 13, we see Jesus bend the lesson of the feet washing to the issue of spiritual cleansing. Everyone who truly belongs to Jesus must be washed by him… first completely… then regularly. And as humbling as it is to receive, is part of belonging! Jesus must serve us in this way, and we must submit to it. Are you clean before God? Are you being washed regularly? What does this look like for you? Prepare to be challenged and encouraged!
